Full-service resort which includes 90 guestrooms, campground and award-winning golf course and spa facility.
Impact
Provided the ability to seamlessly integrate systems and provide leadership with visibility into performance and implemented trackable KPI’s and metrics.
Issue
All systems including hotel operations, golf scheduling, accounting platform etc. operating in silo with no inter-connectivity. The CFO would spend a day per week amalgamating reports and sifting through for insights. Leadership had no visibility into future or past performance.
Approach
We took a structured approach to understanding the resorts key objectives, identified relevant KPI’s and set baselines and targets. We leveraged market leading business intelligence software to create the hooks into the various systems, queried and created relationships between data sets to build out the desired reporting and dashboard environment.
Outcome
The resort now has real-time data visualization and dashboards at their fingertips that’s clear and understandable. This includes drill-through capabilities to look at source data and the client can view reports and dashboards with views into the future and past performance.
