Approach

We established buy in and ownership from the collective team developing the new brand mission, vision and values which helped enhance corporate culture and alignment. We project managed ideation and design elements with a reputable marketing agency and ensured we were prepared ahead of the transition as it relates functionally and from a technology and operational perspective.

One unified brand identity which is clear, cohesive and reflects the organizations mission, vision and values. We helped enhance the organizations market positioning, communicated in advance and afterwards with suppliers and customers and received positive feedback. Furthermore, we were able to communicate with customers the added value and enhanced offerings through the process.
