Todd is a dynamic and entrepreneurial leader with 25+ years of senior management experience with a mix of private and public companies. Leadership experience includes turn-arounds, debt & equity raises, acquisitions, integrations, divestitures, high growth scale-ups and exits.
I have had the opportunity to work with clients across a myriad industries including technology, consumer packaged goods, manufacturing, distribution, diversified media, natural resources & not for profit.
As an owner/operator I have had the opportunity to build, scale & exit, which has given me a unique set of skills, experiences & playbooks to help ambitious owner/operators do the same. Most recently in 2018, we sold our firm, GrowthPoint, a management consulting firm focused on helping companies build & optimize their revenue generation functions, to Grant Thornton Canada, where, post-acquisition, I was the National Consulting Leader.
My passion is building high performing companies by fusing together like-minded people with great solutions and fostering a culture of collaboration that creates value for customers, employees and shareholders.
When I am not working you can find me on a golf course or ski hill with my wife Joanna and our two daughters, Vanessa & Olivia. Those who really know me….likely say you are more likely to find me on the “19th hole” or at the “bay street bar”.
